Problem: Their major clients were looking for greater visibility of import shipments into Australia, and insights to container management and delivery to reduce storage and detention costs, and to get a greater understanding of their import costing.

Solution: Our client uses CW1 as their TMS, PSA BG deployed client-facing dashboard from ReportCast to query live data, ReportCast uses PowerBI as the backend analytics solutions and we were able to capture all live shipments that had arrived but still at the port of Sydney, aggregating live tracking data from CW1 to visualize shipment at risk of incurring extra costs and to enable better local transport management.

Outcome: Our client is now able to deliver Online platform for their client to get access to live data to better manage their business, and reduce costs due to better management of container movement. The solution also provide 100% customization of dashboard and visibility layouts
